Inside Ursula Hitler's Head 28: The Lair of Lulzo

Lulzo the Killer Clown makes his first full appearance, as the chatty, urbane, inexplicably Australian circus freak we know and love. It's funny, Meany and Sweetie both took time to develop, but as soon as Lulzo introduces himself here, his personality is pretty much set. I always try to make him genuinely frightening when I can, which is really setting yourself a challenge when your bad guy is a little plastic Bozo like this.
